The magazine is reluctant to serialize because of the Sakakibara incident (a series of murders that involved a decapitation) and the fairly recent and deadly eathquakes. Clamp was okay, even approved of this, and gave time for the general public to get over the trauma, but now that they want serialization back, the magazine won't cooperate, saying it's "shocking" and such. Clamp is currently searching for a new magazine to serialize in, one more appropriate to the "shoujo gore" genre of X. So still we wait.... Oh well. We've waited 3 years (almost 4), we can wait some more...
